Quy trình đào tạo:

Junior/ Senior Optimization Executive $400 - $800

Your Role

  • Plan the full package of digital marketing as a solution for clients
  • Set-up tracking method & campaign structure
  • Responsible for the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CAC,)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience/behavior across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

You Will Learn

Responsibilities for Creative Director

  • Develop concepts for advertising or promotion campaigns
  • Pitch ideas to clients
  • Negotiate with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible
  • Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions
  • Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
  • Evaluate and, if necessary alter, the content of projects before completion
  • Hire, develop and manage the creative team
  • Ensure all the organisation’s or client’s visuals are consistent with the overall brand

Requirements for Creative Director

  • Creativity skills: First and foremost creative directors must be good at creating concepts for others to work on.
  • Must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to clients or directors and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Need a clear creative vision while remaining open to others’ ideas.
  • Leadership skills: Creative directors need leadership skills in order to hire, develop and oversee their creative team.
  • Digital and graphic design skills: Extensive knowledge of graphic design and relevant software is vital. Video editing, copywriting and HTML skills are usually needed..

Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong team leadership, client relationship management, project management, and knowledge development skills.

Job description:

1. Team leadership:

  • Lead account team of 3 AEs/SAEs throughout the end-to-end client serving process (from proposal to pitching, onboarding, and execution)
  • Manage team capacity and assign tasks to each direct report
  • Support Account Director in recruiting and developing Account Executives, providing frequent training and coaching for Account Executives

2. Client relationship management:

  • Act as a senior client representative: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with client’s key decision makers, understanding client’s needs and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients and promote the expansion of business
  • Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company
  • Present proposal to client, ability to address questions and drive the meeting to reach a conclusion

3. Project management:

  • Plan team’s P&L (quarterly and monthly P&L), monitoring, managing and ensuring the team’s delivery of the planned P&L target
  • Monitor performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discuss end-of-project performance review with client
  • Implement performance management practices, processes and measures
  • Outline structure for proposal development

4. Knowledge development:

  • Lead the development of best practice solutions to broaden client impact

Requirements:

  • Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
  • Intermediate understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategy)
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • At least 4 years of experience as Account Manager/ relevant position
