Quy trình đào tạo:
➢ Giai đoạn 1 (01/01- 31/01): Vững kiến thức, chắc chiến thuật về Marketing (Marketing Fundamentals), các kênh Digital Marketing (social, search, display…),... và cách để "chạy" một chiến dịch hiệu quả.
➢ Giai đoạn 2 (01/02-28/02): Có lý thuyết thì phải thực hành. Trải nghiệm thực tế cùng các real team, real job của PMAX, gồm E-commerce và Non-Commerce dưới sự hướng dẫn sát sao của mentor.
➢ Giai đoạn 3 (01/03-31/3): 100% toàn quyền quyết định công việc (vẫn có hỗ trợ của mentor). Áp dụng kiến thức và kinh nghiệm được học vào thực tế "chạy" quảng cáo.

SALES MANAGER

Your Role

  • Build vertical strategy material and list of potential clients
  • Acquire clients and responsible for revenue
  • Develop sales plan, develop and maintain client relationship
  • Be responsible for the performance of each account, coordinate with optimization team to do the best execution for clients
  • Provide input for product team to develop products that can help serve client better
  • Be responsible for contract, payments and all other activities related to client service
  • Other tasks according to assignment from your direct report

  • Graduate degrees related to marketing, business administration, economics …
  • + 1 years of experiences as sales manager at B2B companies
  • English Communication Skills
  • Strong client servicing mindset, always put client first

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job description:

  • Documenting client design briefings, understanding them in the context of the current or proposed brand essence and current market situation
  • Acting as a client representative through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs
  • Managing client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company
  • Being responsible for the effectiveness of communication activities & services consulted and provided to customers.
  • Cooperating with other related departments to follow contracts and contract terminations.
  • Supporting other departments in pitching new customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Microsoft office skills: word, excel, power point
  • Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency.
  • Basic understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user
  • experience, strategy.)
  • Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project initiatives and to work collectively with an off-site team of resources
  • Proven client and team management expertise

STRATEGIC PLANNER

Responsibility

  •         Liaise with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas;
  •         Communicate with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign;
  •         Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share;
  •         Reconcile the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived;
  •         Meet the client to learn the background of the brand and advise on possible approaches to the target market;
  •         Provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy;
  •         Media planning to promote big idea of the campaign and maximize the efficiency of the campaign
  •         Present conclusions and ideas to clients
  •         Analyse and interpret customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.

Key skills

  •        1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar Planning role within an integrated marketing communications agency
  •         A solid background in developing brand and communications strategies across a variety of client sectors and marketing channels both on and off line
  •         A strong understanding of core best practice strategic planning skills and tools
  •         Comprehensive understanding of the changing media landscape and new digital engagement techniques
  •         A good knowledge of the media and how strategy planning influences it
  •         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •         The ability to make complex subjects understandable
