Objectives

Job Description

  • To draft, review contracts and other documents round 1 – suggest/highlight important points for Line Manager to review & make decisions.
  • To stamp contracts and other documents.
  • To perform legal research as needed.
  • To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company’s field of activity.
  • To prepare and submit documents for enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
  • To support English-Vietnamese translation.
  • To support tracking data and hard copies of contracts, NDA.
  • To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Required to work fulltime
  • Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel
  • Ability of self-learning
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good at English
  • Logical thinking and legal argumentation
