Objectives

We are looking for a solution-driven Software Engineer to join our team at PMAX, responsible for building scalable systems, optimizing performance, and driving innovation across the entire application lifecycle—from development and debugging to data integration and modernization of legacy platforms.

Job Description

  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
  • Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks
  • Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Data migration, transformation, and scripting
  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

Job Requirements

Skill & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Engineering, preferably in full-stack development.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (Node.js preferred). Experience with Ruby, Python, PHP or similar is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and system integration techniques.
  • Familiar with message queues and asynchronous processing (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, BullMQ, Celery), as well as designing systems that balance sync/async workloads effectively.
  • Knowledge of concurrency, background jobs, event-driven architecture, and error-handling patterns in distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience or interest in the digital marketing domain is a plus.
