OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an Account Manager who can be on top of multi-project, manage the overall client portfolio independently, and be able to manage multiple projects at same time while easily pointing out key issues to address.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Leadership:
- On top of multi project and manage overall client portfolio independently
- Influence decision maker of client team including: Give guidance, advice for client
- Proactively building long term relationship sharing values with Head of client decision maker
Solution Provider:
- Work well vs client project decision maker ( head / c-level) to provide solution
- Pitching project highly sophisticated with budget < 2000MB or full objective
Project Management:
- Direct execute project highly complicated budget > 10b Solution mix, channels mix
- Provide direction for team to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management
- Able to manage multiple project at same time, easy point out key issue to address
People Leadership:
- Lead 3-4 AE (including Senior Executive)
- Team motivation level: 8/10
- Provide clear roadmap/ program/ guidance for team under
- Individual coaching/ feedback stretching to get goal
Thought Leadership:
- Lead internal project with the scope of department or company to build up internal capability
- Client Project: highly complicated full scope media branding to performance/ Solution mix Content/ Creative/ Portfolio issue
- People planning/ resource planning
- Identify, structure, and solve the problem
- Avoid unnecessary work
