OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Growth Analyst (B2B) to be in charge of delivering strategic data insights to the whole organization. Your focus will be on empowering teams with data solutions enabling them to increase their performance.
As the expert of Marketing campaigns data, media performance, and leads cycle data, you can identify how to drive growth from analyzing multiple data sets. You will contribute in educating the other departments to build a data-driven and performance mindset. A large component of the role will be around understanding the growth impact, the associated data and the people driving those initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Growth Model:

- Build data strategy, conducting data collection, cleansing, enrichment, analysis, and dashboards, etc.
- Build detailed “B2B Leads to sales cycle” data model to identify growth opportunities with levers and resource needs.
- Build forecasting models for acquisition and growth overall.
- Growth Analysis:
- Perform various analyses related to leads acquisition, conversion or customer lifecycle, comparing the actual numbers with the plan and forecast, in order to find initiatives to improve growth (Marketing & Sales) performance and ROI from our initiatives to grow the business.
- Understand the challenges of internal marketing and sales stakeholders, deliver conclusive insights to improve our decision-making processes.
- Conduct Ad-Hoc diagnostic analysis to understand lead-to-revenue trends and provide in-depth insights.
- Create and automate dashboards tracking the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed for lead acquisition, sales funnel progression and ultimately revenue generation.
- Evaluate the ROI of the different initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Play a key role in marketing analytics initiatives like tracking, attribution, pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with data engineering and digital marketing specialists to embed necessary tracking in user flows and coordinate ingestion of new data sources.
- CRM optimization:
- Continuously work with the internal tech/data team or external vendors to build/select/optimize the data infrastructure and the best-fit CRM system for PMAX.
- Design and optimize data structure as well as building up the input guidelines then control the implementation across related teams to ensure the data optimal and accuracy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years experience in the role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently.
- Familiar with MarTech platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, and research skills.
- Effective communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing.
- Understanding with experiences in the B2B sector, especially agency businesses.
