OBJECTIVES
PMAX Academy is a Total Performance Marketing training center that offers intensive digital courses with real-life applications from experts, so our customers can generate a career breakthrough rapidly. We are looking for an experienced content marketer with a passion for Education & Digital Marketing. The main purpose of the role is to build & implement content strategy across all channels that achieve business objectives and resonate with customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Content strategy & planning (20%):
- Market research to understand industry, competitors, and customers.
- Synthesize insights to build buyer personas and combine them with our brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for PMAX Academy.
- Develop effective content strategy with detailed pillars and angles to deliver the main communication objective for each product.
- Design a detailed implementation plan with audiences, channels, PICs, and timeline.
Content production (70%):
- Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text and visual) following the plan, supporting to share detailed briefs and follow up to get the content output on time.
- Write/Produce some of the content as assigned. The format can be varied such as social posts, SEO blogs, video scripts, articles, newsletters, etc.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to analyze, synthesize and optimize content on all channels
Others (10%)
- Brainstorm with team members to generate ideas for marketing campaigns: sales promotion, trials, webinars, loyalty & referral programs…
- Training content marketing for team members.
- Assist marketing manager monitor & follow up the working process.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
- At least 3 years of experience in Content Marketing or similar positions
- Having a deep knowledge of Content Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path
- Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
- Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles, newsletters
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Good project management & time management skills
- Great teamwork and communication skills
Good to have
- Experiences in Education is a big plus
- Experiences in inbound marketing
- Experiences in academic writing
