PMAX TRAINEE PROGRAM 2023 (Account/ Media/ Ecommerce/ Strategy/ Business Development)

PMAX Trainee Program 2023 – the 12-month program aiming to seek for young talents who enjoy to thrive on challenges through delightful journeys based on a series of developmental experiences and grow into competent future experts. As a part of our Trainee Program, you will get the chance to be a Marketer in your own “prime” and drive our sustainable business growth in 4 departments: Account, Media, E-commerce Solutions (CCM), Strategy and Business Development.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
1. ACCOUNT TRAINEE
Project Management:
- Be a part of multi project and assist in managing overall client portfolio under guidance from Account Lead/Manager
- The project type is vary from creative / content to media performance
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the project team to meet KPI and Objectives
- Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives
- Join and support to win client pitching project independently with nature project under 1,000MB or purely media
Solution provider:
- Discuss with Account Lead/Manager and provide marketing solution to clients in order to deliver project objectives and KPIs:
- The solutions include creative concept and branding, content and media performance
- Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
- Assist in managing client expectation to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company: The client working with is marketing manager and marketing lead
- Act as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
Client leadership:
- Assist in building and developing strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs : The relationship building is from lead to manager level of client
- Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction reach 65% NPS KPI
2. OPTIMIZATION TRAINEE
Digital Campaign Execution
- Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns under guidance of the mentor/Line Manager
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Media Planning
- Assist in planning the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
- Develop the monthly media plan, budget allocation
- Conduct daily budget planning and related tasks to deliver on time with acceptable results/ outcomes
- Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
3. E-COMMERCE TRAINEE (CCM)
Research and analysis:
- Assist the project team to debrief and clarify the clients’ needs, thereby prioritizing necessary information that requires further research
- Research new initiatives, trends and business analysis to build strategic approach for seasonal/monthly campaigns
- Support to update market data to analyze & develop e-commerce strategies
Project & performance management:
- Assist in building workplan for total project, prioritize resource and schedule to deliver client expectation and KPI
- Assist in planning and managing Commercial, Campaign, and Merchandising activities to maximize growth for clients, including but not limited to:

- Commercial: Develop strategy and manage commercial activities (e.g. product, price, promotion)
- Campaign management: Plan, execute & manage sales campaigns that drive business growth
- Merchandising: Optimize user experience through merchandising and engagement activities
- Coordinate with other product teams (Strategy, Media, Creative, etc.) to execute and drive client’s performance
- Get feedback from clients and improve the providing services to deliver the best
Client management:
- Keep close relationship with clients, assist them in their needs of campaign and maintaining a positive relationship
- Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
- Nurture close relationship with clients, assist them in their needs and maintain a positive relationship
4. STRATEGY TRAINEE
Research & Analysis:
- Assist the project team to debrief and clarify the clients’ needs, thereby prioritizing necessary information that requires further research
- Research, synthesize, analyze and gain in-depth information about market/category/brand/consumer insights to develop effectively strategic approach
Planning:
- Understand, assess the quality of brief and support in proposing a relevant solution for clients by combining vertical knowledge and product of the function
- Understand and propose appropriate communication channels in developing strategic approach for solutions/products which get customers’ deliverables
- Work closely with project team to conduct each strategy planning steps of the whole progress, with guidance from Line Manager
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather input and feedback from clients to adjust plan
Visualization & Presentation:
- Contribute to the ideation and brainstorm the layout of proposal for the campaign, ensuring to meet clients needs
- Support in preparation of materials and participate in presentations for both client and internal meetings.
4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE
PHASE 1: TRAINEE (6 months)
Research and Insight generation:
- Research potential leads/clients for each key vertical/industry following the sales direction of the vertica/lindustry.
- Research contacts and generate valuable insight about potential leads/clients following PMAX’s BD list to support the upper funnel of the sales process.
- Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.)
Sales process optimization:
- Develop and upgrade sales materials (sales script, templates, documents, credentials, etc.) for each vertical, solution, and product.
- Support BD Reps to update and QC clients’ data in PMAX’s CRM system when needed.
- Support BD Reps to prepare client meetings both online & offline.
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
PHASE 2: ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE (6 months)
Sales approach & Client acquisition:
- Approach and nurture leads to create sales opportunities and coordinate with the team to convert the clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
