Objectives

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Trainee who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good problem-solving mindset with solid knowledge of digital marketing to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our experienced Academy Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization. Job Description

Sales Planning:

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly and weekly sales plans.

Business approach & Client acquisition:

  • Contact potential customers from provided leads to consult on courses, while also understanding their needs and feedback. (B2C, B2B)
  • Arrange in-person or online meetings for in-depth consultation, and build trust and long-term relationships with both customers and students

BD Process optimization:

  • Tracking and completing payment procedures for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company financial processes.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Share constructive feedback to the managers to continuously improve the BD process.
  • Support the managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.)

Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Qualification:

Must have:

  • Bachelor degree major in Economics / Business / Marketing, Journalism / Media / Communications or related field.
  • Ability to read/write in English
  • Strong research skills.
  • Resilience & mental toughness to overcome challenges
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, brings optimism and positive energy to the team.
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity or experience with applying AI and Automation tools to optimize sales workflows is a strong plus
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, particularly holding positions related to external relations activities.
  • Passionate & dynamic personality and appreciation of client impact.
  • Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
