Objectives

We are seeking dynamic talents with a strong business mindset and experiences in ecommerce solution marketing to join our team. The position will be in charge of the whole P&L of Ecommerce Solution including developing and implementing solution strategy as well as building solution digital marketing framework.

Job Description

1. Commercial and campaign management:

  • Develop and lead team members to implement the e-commerce brand campaign strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the campaign direction to drive NMV
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Design and implement strategic commercial plans that aligned with brands’ P&L
  • Work closely with other function teams to create integrated campaigns that drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, utilizing data to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI
  • Manage the e-commerce budget for brand campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Representative of PMAX when it comes to ecom solutions including meeting clients, pitching, reviewing,…
  • Sourcing deals, brands and negotiate the schemes and commissions

2. Product development

  • Discover client’s pain points, opportunities and gap in the market
  • Work with vertical team, function team,… to develop and build comprehensive solutions, best practices to address all clients’ needs for ecom solution
  • Lead and influence the projects team to test, validate and feedback for all updates from solution team
  • Update the operation process for better operation and sales driven

3. Growth (BD & marketing)

  • Work closely with Growth team to build a GTM plan to build brand awareness and acquire new clients for ecom solution
  • Support Product Growth team to develop BD strategy for the solution and follow up the execution.

4. Team leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability

Job Requirements

  • Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing/ or business which using lead generation solution to grow the business
  • Strong e-commerce expertise, especially commercial
  • Strong industry knowledge: health & beauty, FMCG, home appliance,…
  • 3+ years experience in managing people
  • Analytical and problem solving skills are the MUST
  • Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points

Good to have

  • Experienced in Product development is a plus
