JOB DETAILS:

1. Design Execution – 45%

  • Produce and adapt visual assets across digital touchpoints: social posts, performance ads, KV adaptation, landing page visuals, sales/internal decks – following brand guidelines and platform specifications.
  • Adapt master key visuals into full format sets (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, owned channels) with correct specs, safe zones and file hygiene.
  • Run brand guardrails and technical QA self-check before every submission; keep rework and revision rounds low (target: no more than 2 revision rounds per deliverable).
  • Design for business outcome, not decoration: understand the brief objective, funnel stage and audience before opening the file.

2. AI-Powered Production – 25%

  • Use PMAX’s approved AI toolstack as a default part of the daily workflow – for ideation, moodboarding, asset generation, retouching, upscaling, mockups and variant production.
  • Build, test and iterate prompts systematically; contribute reusable prompts and workflows back to the PMAX Prompt Library so the whole team compounds.
  • Maintain a weekly AI usage log: tool used, use case, time saved, and whether the output was adopted or rejected. Target contribution to the team KPI: at least 30% production time saved through AI leverage.
  • Apply AI responsibly: confidentiality-first (never input client-confidential data into public models), IP and licensing aware, and always human-in-the-loop – every AI output is reviewed, corrected and art-directed by you before it ships.
  • Keep learning: continuously test new AI tools and models, benchmark them against the current workflow, and share findings with the team.

3. Time & Project Management – 20%

  • Own a personal weekly workplan across simultaneous briefs; estimate effort realistically per deliverable type and get it approved by the Product Lead.
  • Apply timeboxing and prioritisation frameworks (Eisenhower, Pomodoro) to protect deep-work blocks for craft-heavy tasks.
  • Flag risks, blockers and dependencies early through the RAID log and escalation path – never let a deadline slip silently.
  • Maintain versioning discipline, naming conventions and asset library hygiene so any teammate can pick up your files.
  • Meet SLA and deadlines on at least 95% of assigned deliverables.

4. Learning & Collaboration – 10%

  • Complete the 12-week Designer Trainee Program: pass Gate 1 (W4), Gate 2 (W8), Certification L1 (W9), Gate 3 and Final Presentation (W12).
  • Join the weekly design critique; give and receive feedback using the SBI framework without defensiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Account/Pod, Copywriter, Producer and Product Leads to turn briefs into shippable work.
  • Co-create a Personal Development Plan with your mentor and drive your own transition from Trainee (L5) to Designer (L4).

Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or equivalent (Arena / Keyframe advanced programs accepted), with a portfolio demonstrating solid craft fundamentals.
  • Good skills at Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Rich understanding of Typography, Color, Composition & Layout.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance creative: what makes an ad stop the scroll, and why a design decision affects a business metric.
  • Careful in details, proactive, flexible in work, willing to learn.
  • Able to work on simultaneous projects and meet deadlines with quality products.
  • “Can do” attitude, able to work under pressure & tight deadline.
  • Intermediate and upper-intermediate English (able to read briefs, prompt in English and follow global creative references).

AI Capability & Mindset (Must-have)

  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 generative AI tools for creative work (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly / Photoshop GenAI, Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Claude, Runway…). Personal projects and self-initiated experiments are fully accepted as evidence.
  • Prompt literacy: able to articulate style, composition, lighting, mood and constraints in a prompt, and iterate systematically toward a target – not random re-rolls until something looks acceptable.
  • AI-as-multiplier mindset: treats AI as leverage to widen exploration and remove repetitive work, so that human time goes into judgment, art direction and craft – never as a shortcut that replaces design thinking.
  • Critical evaluation: able to detect AI artifacts, anatomy and perspective errors, brand mismatch and generic “AI look”; understands that the designer – not the model – owns final quality.
  • Ethics, IP and confidentiality awareness: understands licensing and copyright risk of AI-generated assets, and never feeds client-confidential material into public models.
  • Documentation habit: willing to log AI usage, measure time saved, and contribute prompts and workflows to a shared library instead of keeping personal tricks private.
  • Learning velocity: actively follows the AI creative landscape and can pick up a new tool to a working level within days, not months.
  • Nice to have: node-based or batch workflows (ComfyUI, automation scripts), AI upscaling and retouching pipelines, or experience building repeatable variant production systems.

PMAX-er Identification

  • Client Impact: Everything we do is ultimately to deliver real client impact and value.
  • Innovation: Innovation is to drive change and innovative new ideas to create more values for clients, teams and society.
  • People development: People development is to attract, develop, and retain the most talented people. Development is a responsibility, not a choice, of both the individual as well as the organization.
  • Integrity: Integrity is to be honest and show a consistent and uncompromising adherence to what is right, even if it is at our own cost.
  • Teamwork and fun: Teamwork and fun is the cooperative and collaborative effort of a team to achieve a common goal or to complete a task, and trying to build a joyful & enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
  • Extreme ownership: Extreme Ownership is the practice of owning everything in your world, to an extreme degree. Think of yourself as the owner of the company. It means you are responsible for not just those tasks which you directly control, but for all those that affect whether or not your task is successful.
