Objectives

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive for our Brand Team who can drive scalable, data-led growth for PMAX through performance marketing. You will own and optimize paid acquisition channels, lead generation funnels, and conversion metrics to fuel business results, while ensuring alignment with PMAX’s brand values and positioning.

Job Description

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve performance metrics.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and measure key KPIs for all marketiung projects.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Deliver regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Build and optimize digital funnels, including landing pages, forms, and retargeting.
  • Coordinate with content and event teams to design campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Support email and remarketing initiatives to nurture and convert leads.
Marketing Workstream Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work closely with the in-house marketing team (content, event, design) to execute integrated brand campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all digital activities.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and brand activations.
  • Share best practices, market trends, and new channel opportunities to strengthen the team’s marketing playbook.
  • Experiment with new tools and tactics, including AI-driven applications, to improve campaign performance and brand impact.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Must have

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end digital marketing funnel: awareness → consideration → conversion → retention.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ads optimization, and budget management.
  • Good analytical mindset: able to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and use tools like Google Analytics, GTM, dashboards.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., for media optimization, content generation, or audience insights) and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Solid creative sense: able to collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-performing ads.
  • Excellent communication skills (Vietnamese & English) to work across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.

 

Good to have

  • Experience in brand marketing (brand awareness campaigns, offline / experiential channels).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM integration, A/B testing platforms, or landing page builders.
  • Familiarity with consumer insights and market research to inform performance and creative strategy.
  • Exposure to managing larger budgets, cross-border, or multi-market digital campaigns.
