Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, IT, or data management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in data management, data governance, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working in a marketing or digital agency environment is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and data-driven marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills with experience using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.
