Objectives

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Trainee with a passion in telling stories through visual and graphic elements to deeply impact Client’s Brand-Campaign Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our Creative team, together with driving outstanding business growth for PMAX. *This position is always open all year round and is not a part of our Annual Trainee Program. Only candidates with successful test results will be proceeded to the next round.

Job Description

  • Support Design team to create and deliver visual for digital projects such as Facebook Ads, Social post, E-commerce materials, GDN, ec
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter Team, and Project teams to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Experience with new tools and techniques to improve your work.
  • Understand market/industry needs and drivers in order to effectively develop creative solutions for client requirements.
  • Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the team.
  • Participate and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
  • Support other departments when required which scope is related to expertise.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Good skills at Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Rich understanding of Typography, Color, Composition & Layout
  • Careful in details, proactive, flexible in work, willing to learn
  • Able to work on simultaneous projects and meet deadlines with quality products.
  • “Can do” attitude, able to work under pressure & tight deadline
  • Intermediate and upper-intermediate English
  • Commit at least 3-months internship program and be able to  work full-time is a plus.
