Objectives

We are looking for a Growth Trainee/ Associate Executive/ Executive who has strong interpersonal and communication, a good problem-solving and growth mindset with solid knowledge of digital marketing to join us in our vision of expanding globally.

Job Description

Research and Insight generation:
  • Research potential leads/ clients/ partners for each key vertical/ industry/ market and generate valuable insights about potential leads/ clients/ partners.
  • Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade strategies and share insights with other teams.
  • Can analyze data, synthesize information into weekly reports and draw out appropriate insights as well as next actions to achieve the goals.
Process optimization:
  • Responsible for updating information related to your work to the systems with discipline.
  • Apply AI in the working process to shorten the time of repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Proficient in using Excel/ AI tools… is an advantage.
Approach & acquisition:
  • Approach and nurture leads to create partnership opportunities and coordinate with the team to convert clients/ partners.
  • Follow up/ Standardize/ Upgrade the script and flow when approaching clients/ partners in different scenarios to achieve communication goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/ partners, understand clients/ partners demand, from there offer a win-win solution for them.
Marketing planning & execution:
  • Synthesize insights from the target audience research and combine with the brand positioning to propose strategic content direction.
  • Design detailed implementation plan with audiences, channels, PICs, and timeline under guidance of line manager.
  • Develop effective content strategy with detailed pillars and angles to deliver the main communication objective.
  • Manage content/ design/ video production on social channels related to global business activities, coordinate with related teams to monitor posting status and chat on social and website.
  • Support line manager with related activities such as events, other partnership tasks.
Team collaboration:
  • Undertake cross-team duties to increase client acquisition rate, put total business goals ahead of personal goals.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have:

  • Bachelor degree major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Having knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce.
  • Confident and effective communication skills, both Vietnamese and English.
  • Basic proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, or data analysis tools) to support the job.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Resilience & mental toughness to overcome challenges
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, brings optimism and positive energy to the team.
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.

Good to have:

  • Having US or global market knowledge is a big plus.
  • Background experience related to business development, partnership building (internships, freelance, or part-time jobs in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles…) is a plus.
