Objectives

We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented HR Lead who shares our passion for building new HR initiatives, overseeing & efficiently managing all HR functions, and maintaining HR best practices aligned with business growth strategy to build a workforce with exceptional talents to create growth for the company, at highest productivity level, making people resources the competitive advantage of PMAX. As a strategic HR Lead, you will be driving our dynamic HR & Admin team, while partnering closely with the HR Director and business leaders, to promote company values, control manpower plans, enhance talent development and total rewards programs.

Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives, managing HR operations, and ensuring smooth execution across core people functions, including:

Talent Acquisition (25%)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and support workforce planning.
  • Execute recruitment activities to fulfill hiring goals and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and positive candidate experience.
  • Supervise and coach the Talent Acquisition team to meet performance targets and enhance PMAX’s employer brand.
  • Track recruitment metrics, manage recruitment budget, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
Total Rewards & Performance Management (25%)
  • Oversee C&B policy and process compliance, coordinate C&B activities inputs and approvals with the accounting team.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance on salary, insurance, and benefits operations.
  • Implement and maintain the performance management cycle (KPI/OKR setting, review, promotion, and salary review).
  • Support HR Director in monitoring market C&B trends and proposing adjustments to stay competitive.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (Labor Code, Social Insurance, PIT) and accurate HR data reporting.
Employee Relations & Engagement (25%)
  • Foster a positive, transparent, and growth-driven work environment aligned with PMAX’s values.
  • Plan and execute internal engagement activities such as Company Trip, Townhall, and team bonding events.
  • Manage HR operations including labor contracts, personnel files, and employee data integrity.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures fairly and in compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee HR-related administrative matters: office facilities, purchasing, and vendor management.
Talent Development & Learning Execution (15%)
  • Support functional heads in identifying training needs and coordinating learning plans.
  • Execute the company’s learning roadmap and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing employee career paths and supporting departmental succession planning.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure consistency and alignment with PMAX culture.
  • Support HR Director in maintaining internal policies and compliance documentation.
Innovation & Projects (10%)
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience through new ideas/ systems, automation tools, or workflow enhancements.
  • Lead or support HR innovation projects such as policy digitalization, process optimization, or data reporting improvement to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Proven experience as HR Lead/HRBP Lead, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully working in a vibrant startup environment and professional operations.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations.
  • Taking ownership in leading the “soft” side of HR by using a diverse range of engagement tools to motivate people.
  • Ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization.
  • People oriented, results driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication and management skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and an ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
