Objectives

Job Description

  • Business partnering with senior leaders, managers, and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver the business objectives, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer and onboarding.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the business to create a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
  • Applying consultation skills to bring HR insight to bear on all people-related issues (people, capabilities, organizational, leadership, and culture).
  • Led the HR Operation team to achieve HR KPIs following the HR agenda.
  • Ensuring and facilitating HR service delivery to the business.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • 2+ Years’ experience as HR Lead/TA Business Partner.
  • Proven track record of successfully working in a vibrant startup environment and professional operations..
  • Taking ownership in leading the “soft” side of HR by using a diverse range of engagement tools to motivate people.
  • Ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization.
  • People oriented, results driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication and management skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and an ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
