Objectives

The primary objective of the Senior Influencer Management (Affiliate focused) is to develop Affiliate products, and to integrate these influencer offerings into PMAX's total solution. This role aims to empower clients to execute the most effective digital marketing campaigns by leveraging influencer strategies as a key component of the overall marketing mix.

Job Description

  • Product Development for Affiliate (20%):
    • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to identify and develop products or product features optimized for affiliate campaigns (e.g., exclusive bundles, limited-edition items for KOL/KOC promotions).
    • Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends from KOL/KOC feedback to guide product enhancements.
    • Test and refine product offerings to improve affiliate campaign conversion rates, ensuring alignment with Social Commerce goals

 

  • Affiliate Strategy Development with KOL/KOC (20%):
    • Develop affiliate marketing campaigns tailored for KOLs and KOCs 
    • Define campaign objectives, KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, commission targets), and prioritize product categories for Social Commerce.
    • Create content guidelines for KOLs/KOCs to align with brand messaging and platform trends (e.g., TikTok livestreams, short-form video reviews)
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and live streaming.
  • KOL/KOC Recruitment and Campaign Operation (30%)
    • Identify and recruit suitable influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience and campaign objectives.
    • Identify and onboard KOLs/KOCs with high engagement and relevance
    • Negotiate commission-based agreements, minimizing booking fees where possible, and provide free products for reviews to incentivize participation.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs/KOCs, ensuring consistent performance and brand alignment.

 

  • Content Supervision and Campaign Execution (10%)
    • Oversee KOL/KOC content creation (e.g., livestreams, recap videos, product reviews) to ensure quality and compliance with campaign goals.
    • Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs for livestream.
    • Manage onsite and online logistics for campaigns, including scheduling and technical support for livestreams.
    • Ensure KOL/KOC content adheres to legal regulations (e.g., transparent advertising, no misleading claims) and brand guidelines.
    • Address issues such as underperforming campaigns or non-compliant content swiftly to mitigate risks.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization (20%)
    • Monitor campaign performance using platform tools
    • Analyze KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategies to optimize results, focusing on high-performing KOLs/KOCs and product categories.
    • Provide bi-weekly sprint reports to track progress toward goals
    • Deliver detailed performance reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in influencer negotiation and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, live streaming platforms, and influencer marketing metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign performance data.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Passion for the influencer industry and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, partners, and vendors.
