Objectives

We are looking for a Performance/Optimization Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing daily digital campaigns, analyzing data to improve our clients' e-commerce marketing performance, reporting directly to clients, and advising on activities to enhance overall campaign performance.

Job Description

Media Planning (30%)
  • Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
  • Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
  • Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
Digital Campaign Execution (30%)
  • Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPO, ROAS, ROI,…)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Apply AI and new initiatives to validate and grow all digital marketing campaigns.
Report & Analytics (20%)
  • Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
  • Report directly to clients and advise on other activities (commercial, promotional schemes, creative,… ) to improve performance.
Project & Team Management (20%)
  • Manage performance and P&L for assigned projects.
  • Enhance the skillsets of 2 to 3 executives for project execution.

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Must have:
    • Analytical skills & problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
    • Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
    • Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
    • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
    • 2-year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
    • 2-year experience in Google Adword, Facebook Ads.
  • Good to have:
    • E-commerce expertise: web / shop analytics, CRO, promotion schemes,…
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
