We are looking for a Strategic Planner (At Pmax, we’ll call you Strategy Executive) who has passion for developing brand and communications strategies, strong business acumen, passion in thriving for total marketing solutions to impact deeply Business & Brand Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our Strategy team, together driving outstanding business results for PMAX.

Job Description

Brand & Communication strategy development:

  • Clarify the client brief and work with the account department to debrief the campaign’s brief and give a strategic point of view on how to approach the brief.
  • Research & Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client’s product and market share.
  • Develop Brand & Communication approach for the brand in general and the communication in particular.
  • Develop communication frameworks with a high sense of practicality for execution.
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs.

Being a part of  the ideation process:

  • Craft creative briefs and conduct creative briefing sessions.
  • Give inputs and feedback to enhance creative quality.
  • Research new initiatives, trends, updates from the communication landscape to fuel the creative ideation process.

Proposal development & Presentation:

  • Develop integrated communication proposals under guidance and supervision of the strategy manager.
  • Deliver presentations assigned by the Strategy Manager.

Collaboration with media partners

  • Develop overall communication frameworks to help the media team plan and deploy media execution.
  • Accompany media partners in the execution journeys to ensure the strategy is well-implemented across all channels.
  • Review and Report the effectiveness of the campaigns and overall brand health.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Have experience working at creative/IMC agencies.
  • Demonstrate base knowledge in marketing, brand and communications.
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for insights, data & numbers, and ideation.
  • Has strong curiosity, common sense & hungry for knowledge.
  • Be able to work well both independently & teamwork.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, analytical, communication skills.
