Business Analyst

Objectives

You will be the one to lay the first bricks for PMAX’s Digital Marketing Platform. This role goes beyond just gathering requirements; you are a Solution Designer tasked with digitizing internal operations (ERP) and steering the product toward commercialization (SaaS). Working directly with the BA Lead and Tech Lead, you will balance current business needs with future system scalability.

Job Description

System Analysis & Workflow Design (Core)
  • Survey and standardize cross-departmental workflows: Media, Account, Finance (Billing/Invoicing), and HR (Resource Allocation).
  • Transform business processes into functional solutions on the internal ERP platform (CRM, Campaign Management).
  • Design intelligent documentation: PRD, User Stories, and specifically Flowcharts/Sequence Diagrams to ensure technical teams grasp complex data flows.
Ad-tech Integration
  • Research API structures and data schemas for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Define key performance indicators (Metrics) and synchronization logic to bring data into the company’s centralized platform.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and real-time availability.
SaaS Product Orientation
  • Product Mindset: Not just solving PMAX’s internal problems, but asking: “How do we standardize this feature for external clients?”
  • Assist in designing SaaS-specific features: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Subscription Management, and Automated Onboarding.
Process Optimization via Agile & AI
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes to ensure consistent feature delivery through Sprints.
  • Pioneer AI Adoption: Leverage LLMs and automation tools to automate documentation, generate test cases, and analyze data, maintaining a high-output Lean Team.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Experience & Expertise
    • 2.5 – 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Experience in internal systems or software products is a must).
    • Strong System Thinking: Ability to understand how a change in the CRM module impacts the Billing/Accounting modules.
    • Proficiency in business process modeling and mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, or similar).
    • Basic SQL knowledge to independently verify data without full reliance on developers.
  • Hybrid Skills
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to negotiate and align processes across different departments.
    • Extreme Ownership: A proactive mindset to master new domains (e.g., Ad-platform APIs or Accounting principles).
    • Tech-savvy: Curiosity and agility in adopting new AI tools to multiply productivity.
  • Nice-to-have
    • Experience in an Agency environment or a deep understanding of Digital Marketing.
    • Knowledge of corporate accounting or Billing/Invoicing workflows.
