We are seeking a Director of Business Development who can lead brand-building initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage the overall customer portfolio independently, handle various projects simultaneously, and adeptly identify key issues that need resolution.
Project Development and Management:
Responsible for driving business growth in the Branding Solution Business Unit.
Develop a network of contacts to attract new customers, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth-oriented branding projects. Provide sales forecasts and revenue projections aligned with expected income.
Directly manage high-complexity branding solution projects, utilizing both vertical and channel integration.
Provide guidance for cross-functional teams executing projects and manage highest performance, risk, and customer status.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, easily identifying key issues that need resolution.
Partner Management:
Directly manage the Partner Network, Suppliers, and Freelancers for the Branding Solution, including Creative Agency Partners, Manufacturers, PR/Influencers, event agency partners, and freelancers of the Creative/Design team.
Responsible for controlling outsourcing costs to monitor the project’s P&L and optimize outsourcing costs for better profit margins by selecting and monitoring suitable partners/suppliers for each project.
Responsible for checking and reporting the quality of Branding partners/suppliers on a monthly basis.
People Coordination:
Coordinate cross-functional teams of the Branding Solution, including Strategy, Communication, Creative, Production, and other directly related office functions.
Collaborate with the MD Branding Solution to provide a clear roadmap/program/guidance for the team for each branding project.
Client Leadership:
Manage multiple projects and oversee the overall customer portfolio independently.
Influence decision-makers within the client team, providing guidance and advice.
Proactively build shared value long-term relationships with decision-making heads of the client department.
Leadership Thinking:
Lead internal projects within the department or company to build internal capabilities.
Customer Projects: Develop comprehensive, complex brand communication projects up to the performance/Integrated Content/Creative/Portfolio Investment Problem-Solving Solution.
Plan human resources/resource planning.
Identify, structure, and solve problems.
Avoid unnecessary work.
Client Leadership:
On top of multi project and manage overall client portfolio independently
Influence decision maker of client team including: Give guidance, advice for client
Proactively building long term relationship sharing values with Head of client decision maker
