Objectives

We are looking for an accountant who has strong accounting knowledge as well as the ability of self-learning.. You’ll join a team to build & manage a system of accounting to ensure the accuracy, timely and reliability of accounting reports.

Job Description

  • Issuing red invoices for clients & following up on receivable list
  • Proceeding to payment for vendors, including domestic and overseas vendors
  • Book keeping the revenue, cost, expenses… to accounting software timely and reliably
  • Prepare monthly tax declarations (VAT, FCT) under the guidelines of the General accountant
  • Support General Accountant to finalize P&L report
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requirement of chief accountant

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as an accountant
  • Good at communication skills in English is a plus (especially writing & reading)
  • Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability of Self-learning
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work under high pressure (workload, deadline)
