Objectives

As the Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Marketing (Event Planning) at PMAX, your mission is to drive qualified lead generation and brand credibility through strategic, insight-led event initiatives. You'll play a key role in turning events into high-performing demand generation channels, enhancing the buyer journey, and fueling the B2B growth pipeline.

Job Description

Event Strategy & Demand Generation
  • Own and execute the event-led demand generation strategy to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion goals
  • Define the event calendar across formats: webinars, offline/online workshops, roundtables, networking mixers, or conferences…
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Partnership and Expertise teams to shape event topics based on customer pain points, industry trends, and product-market fit
End-to-End Event Management:

Own event strategy, planning, production, and post-event execution

  • Lead events from ideation to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency
  • Oversee all logistics and operations, including venue selection, vendor coordination, partner collaboration, and attendee experience
  • Work directly with internal and external speakers on content development, briefings, and presentation flow to ensure compelling and impactful delivery
  • Coordinate with the B2B Content and Designer to create promotional assets across key channels
  • Optimize audience registration and engagement through strategic event campaigns and targeted outreach
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as registrations, attendance rates, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI to evaluate event performance
  • Utilize CRM and marketing analytics tools to measure attribution and lead progression through the funnel
  • Deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Must have
    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven focus on event planning and execution
    • Demonstrated ability to run both virtual and offline events with measurable outcomes
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented under tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a bias toward action
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
    • Growth mindset, ownership mentality, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Good to have
    • Experience in demand generation or performance marketing campaigns
    • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
    • Background in marketing agencies or high-growth companies
    • Awareness of how AI, MarTech, or data tools can enhance B2B marketing effectiveness
    • Event production experience across different formats (e.g., roundtables, hybrid events, co-branded activations)
