JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading a team (3-8 people) to provide the best performance to our clients
- Be responsible for the team’s KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI’s (CPO, ROI,…)
- Training, coaching and building the team who can deliver the client’s KPI
- Manage and improve optimization program and system
- Force the team to identify trends/ insights, and optimize spend/performance based on the insights
- Develop team’s expertise in Digital Marketing channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads…

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
- Strong experience in project management & managing people
- Analytical skills & problem-solving skills are the MUSTs
- Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
- Experienced in Digital marketing, especially Data-driven Marketing is a plus
