JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Development (30%):
- Responsible for building and enhancing our social commerce solution by researching market practices.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect best practices and learnings.
- Work closely with the solution head to expand perspectives beyond media, incorporating media-related factors that influence performance into the solution.
- Ensure the solution is implemented by operation teams and meets the solution’s standards.
Project Management (50%):
- Stay on top of the project’s situation and address client issues related to project management, from proposal to planning, execution, and reporting.
- Proactively make suggestions and next steps with clients to enhance performance for complex full-scope media projects.
- Proficient in creating intricate media plans with multiple assumptions, detailed plans spanning 3-7 dimensions, and solid justifications for those assumptions.
- Develop logic for project optimization, quality control, audit, challenge trainees/OE, and withstand challenges from OM/OD.
- Collaborate with project teams, account teams, and client teams to advise on media-related issues and other factors to collectively enhance campaign effectiveness.
Team Management (20%):
- Lead a team of 1-3 members to deliver top-notch performance to our clients.
- Provide a clear roadmap, guidance, individual coaching, and feedback to help team members achieve their goals.
- Accountable for the team’s KPIs (revenue, profit) and client KPIs (CPO, ROI, etc.).
- Contribute ideas and engage in solutions/internal projects to further the development of the team or department.
