Objectives

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Account Lead who can independently manage complex IMC projects and client portfolios, and be able to oversee multiple projects, address key issues promptly, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while meeting client objectives and profitability goals.

Job Description

  • Project Management: 
    • Leading the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) projects from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple solutions & channels.
    • Leading the pitching process from end to end, ensuring timely delivery and quality of proposals while delivering tailored solutions that meet clients’ specific needs.
    • Overseeing content creation and asset production for media channels, ensuring consistency in quality standards across all touchpoints.
    • Collaborating closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop comprehensive IMC plans that drive KPI. .
    • Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
    • Managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of assets and services for the IMC project.
    • Manage account team to deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution).
    • Implement performance management practices, processes and measures.
  • P&L Management: 
    • Responsible for planning team’s P&L, monitoring, managing and ensuring the team’s delivery of the planned P&L target.
  • Client Leadership/Engagement:
    • Joining and winning client pitching projects independently.
    • Act as a senior client representative: responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with client’s key decision makers, understanding client’s needs and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients and promote the expansion of business.
    • Proactively building & developing strong relationships with client project decision makers  & acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to share knowledge and skill set.
  • Team Management:
    • Leading a team of 3-4 people throughout the end-to-end client serving process.
    • Providing clear roadmap, guidance and individual coaching and feedback stretching to achieve goals.
    • Support Account Director in recruiting and developing Account Executives, providing frequent training and coaching for Account Executives.

Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Qualification

  • At least 01 year of experience as Account Lead/Manager position.
  • Solid understanding of IMC disciplines (strategy, creative, social media).
  • Effective team management capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
