Objectives

We are looking for Business Intelligence to bridge the gap between ERP operations and digital marketing performance to provide end-to-end business visibility. You will design robust data models and insight frameworks that identify profitability gaps, optimize marketing ROI, and ensure high data integrity. By translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations, you will empower cross-functional teams to make proactive, data-driven strategic decisions.

Job Description

Business Intelligence & Insight Development
  • Act as a Business Intelligence partner for internal teams and selected clients.
  • Translate business and marketing questions into data analysis and insight frameworks.
  • Build and maintain Insight Databases (Insight DB) that support decision-making across departments.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports that go beyond numbers to explain what happened, why it happened, and what should be done next.
Business Operation & ERP Understanding
  • Understand and analyze ERP and internal operational data (finance, revenue, cost, project, performance).
  • Connect ERP data with marketing and sales data to provide end-to-end business visibility.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, profitability gaps, and performance risks through data analysis.
  • Propose data-backed recommendations to improve company operations and resource utilization.
Digital Marketing Data & Client Insight
  • Deeply understand digital marketing platforms and metrics: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
  • Analyze marketing performance across channels, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Build marketing insight dashboards and analysis for internal teams and clients.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI.
Data Modeling, Analytics & Data Quality
  • Design and maintain data models and metric definitions aligned with business and marketing logic.
  • Work with Tech/Data team to integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, Ads platforms, CRM, third-party tools).
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data profiling and anomaly detection to proactively identify data issues.
Advanced Analytics & Forecasting (Collaboration Scope)
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to define business problems, analytical hypotheses, and success metrics for advanced analytics and forecasting use cases.
  • Provide business context, domain knowledge, and data understanding to support model development and feature selection.
  • Participate in exploratory analysis and result validation to ensure analytical outputs align with real business and marketing logic.
  • Interpret and translate model outputs into actionable business and marketing insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Work with stakeholders to apply forecasting and predictive insights into planning, budgeting, and optimization decisions.
  • Support the continuous improvement of analytics use cases by providing feedback on model effectiveness and business impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with Marketing, Account, Finance, and Operation teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Present insights in clear, business-oriented language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support internal users and clients by addressing data-related questions and analysis requests.
  • Contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • Core Requirements
    • 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
    • Strong SQL skills; comfortable working with complex datasets.
    • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
    • Experience with BI & data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
    • Business & Marketing Domain Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics:
    • Paid media performance, funnel, attribution, ROI.
    • Ability to connect marketing data with business outcomes.
    • Experience working with ERP, finance, or operational data is a strong plus.
    • Accounting or finance knowledge is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills & Mindset
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills; able to explain data insights clearly.
    • Ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
    • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
