Objectives

Job Description

  • Budgeting: Take lead and coordinate with BU Heads to perform financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Pricing: Analyze and propose suitable pricing models, research and benchmark with competitors, optimize pricing process to ensure in-time solutions
  • Financial & Portfolio performance management: Ensure efficient operational system to smoothen tracking process, establish financial performance management rules for various Units/ Positions and analyze multi-dimensions (results, variances, trends, productivity…) to actively recommend solutions/actions to management (BOD, BOM)
  • Cost analysis: Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Internal audit, process and system revision, and compliance: Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements, identify and drive process improvements
  • Financial reporting: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Investment: Support BOD in evaluating different investment opportunities and take part in execution

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
  • Experience from Big 4/Banking is a plus
  • Achieved qualification or studying ACCA, CPA is a big plus
  • High proficiency with financial modeling and techniques
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Strong problem solving skill
  • Good business acumen
