Objectives

The primary objective of the Influencer Management Lead is to build and develop influencer products, and to integrate these influencer offerings into PMAX's total solution. This role aims to empower clients to execute the most effective digital marketing campaigns by leveraging influencer strategies as a key component of the overall marketing mix.

Job Description

Product Development for Influencers (50%):

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and best practices to collaborate with relevant departments in packaging influencer products.
  • Partnership Management: Work with influencers, partners, and vendors who offer products and services related to influencers to integrate them into our influencer product offerings for clients.
  • Client and Internal Feedback: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
  • Product Distribution: Distribute the product to operational teams through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.

Product Operations for Influencers (50%):

  • Client Strategy: Research, plan, and approach clients based on their objectives, budget, and requirements.
  • Project Management: Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and extract learnings for future campaigns.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, partners, and vendors.
