Senior L&D Executive (Open for Lead level)

Objectives

We’re looking for a Senior L&D Executive (open for Lead level) to design and execute PMAX’s learning and development plan. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps, create and deliver impactful training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization. You’ll ensure our L&D initiatives are aligned with business priorities, deliver measurable impact, and empower our people to grow into future leaders while contributing directly to PMAX’s long-term success.

Job Description

L&D Strategy & Planning
  • Conduct comprehensive organizational and individual needs analysis to identify critical skill and competency gaps.
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking L&D strategy, in alignment with business objectives and in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Benchmark L&D processes against industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Design and Deliver Training Course
  • Design, develop, and implement a holistic portfolio of learning programs, including onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and functional skills training.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, particularly for senior-level employees, on strategic business topics.
  • Develop and implement standardized L&D policies and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all initiatives.
Learning Culture & Effectiveness
  • Champion a continuous learning culture through the creation and promotion of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Establish and manage a knowledge management system to effectively catalog and disseminate learning resources.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact and effectiveness of learning programs to measure ROI and guide future improvements.
Vendor & Budget Management
  • Manage the training budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Oversee relationships with external training vendors, from selection and negotiation to performance evaluation.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR field, preferably within a complex and dynamic organization.
  • Proven track record in the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning programs, from comprehensive needs analysis to measuring business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems, online course creation tools, and webinar/virtual classroom platforms
  • Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm
  • Strong project management skills; able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient with with modern L&D technologies (LMS, Google Toolkit, e-learning authoring tools, Generative AI,…)
  • Having experienced in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce fields is a big plus
