Objectives

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Executive with a passion for B2B marketing, inbound marketing, and digital marketing in general. You will be the final piece of the puzzle for our Marketing team, working alongside them to drive marketing initiatives and reach company goals.

Job Description

  • Marketing strategy & planning:
    • Participate in the development of the marketing strategy for PMAX Hanoi with relevant campaigns and activities throughout the year to achieve marketing objectives for Hanoi location.
    • Develop your own work plan and supervise the work plan of team members following the strategy.
  • Marketing workstreams supervision:
    • Event management: Supervise the planning and execution of PMAX’s hosted, partnered, sponsored, and joined events.
    • Social media management: Supervise the content production and social channel management activities across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
    • Content marketing: QC and provide feedback for the content execution works to make sure that they are all aligned with the PMAX’s brand strategy and content strategy.
    • Others: Supervise other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period.
  • Marketing workstreams execution:
    • Website development & management: Work with the vendor to develop and continuously upgrade PMAX’s website, and coordinate with the content marketing executive to update contents for the website and optimize website performance in general.
    • SEO management: Work with the vendor to develop and implement the SEO strategy for PMAX to increase the number of high quality organic traffic, hence convert potential clients from this source.
    • Paid media management: Work with the Media team (inhouse) to build plans and continuously optimize paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads for PMAX.
    • CRM: Propose initiatives to upgrade PMAX’s CRM framework and implement CRM activities across channels, especially email marketing.
    • Others: Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period.
  • Report & Analysis:
    • Build performance dashboards to keep track of performance and be able to take actions promptly.
    • Report to the Marketing Manager about the effectiveness of the overall marketing performance with insight and plan for further improvement.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Must have
    • At least 2 years experience in this position or similar positions.
    • Having a passion for B2B marketing.
    • Understanding of marketing channels, especially Website, Media (Paid – Owned – Earned), Event, Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube), and Email.
    • Excellent communication skill, especially in the field of advertising and branding.
    • Excellent project management and time management skills.
    • Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about self-challenging.
  • Good to have
    • Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing
    • Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business.
    • Experiences in building up and managing CRM for B2B business.
    • Creative and innovation mindset with interest in working in a start-up environment.
    • Ambitious with aggressive targets.
