  • Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in the field of advertising and branding.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools or AI Agents for content creation and optimization, with a willingness to adapt to emerging technologies in marketing
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about learning new things and the ability to self-motivate and teamwork.
  • Strong  data-driven mindset

  • Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business.
