Objectives

To drive sustainable growth for PMAX's products and business units by identifying opportunities across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships. The Growth Executive plays a hybrid role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.

Job Description

Business Development

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, identifying and prioritizing leads across industries (eCommerce, FMCG, livestream, education, etc.).
  • Drive the full BD process: prospecting, client discovery, solution consulting, pitching, and closing.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Solutions, Account, Media, Creative) to craft proposals and customized plans that address client needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the MCN/KOL market to consult the most suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to optimizing the BD process, including development of sales materials, scripts, templates, and proposals.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with MCNs, platforms, KOLs, and potential partners.

Marketing Planning

  • Understand key marketing tactics: influencer marketing, KOL selection, KOC, livestream, paid media, seeding, etc.
  • Participate in building campaign strategies: aligning objectives, selecting appropriate influencers/MCNs, defining KPIs, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Planning, Media, Creative, KOL team) to ensure alignment and seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure timelines are met, and coordinate feedback loops between internal teams and clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights for optimization and future upselling opportunities.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, or Marketing roles.
  • Background in agencies (IMC, Influencer, Creative, Digital), startups, or media platforms is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or growth models is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
