Expertise
  • Problem Solving – Break down briefs, structure challenges, and define insight-led approaches.
  • Research – Lead desk research and support consumer/market studies to ground strategies in reality.
  • Analytics – Work with performance, market, and customer data to uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Strategy Development – Co-own the development of campaign, brand, and marketing strategies from brief to execution.
Product & Knowledge Development
  • Contribute to the development of strategic tools and products such as the Knowledge Management System (KMS) or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Standardize best practices into frameworks, templates, or internal guides to help the whole team move faster and smarter.
Team Contribution & Growth
  • Share your unique lens with the team—bring energy, questions, and new perspectives to the table.
  • Join internal workshops and mentor newer trainees; growth at PMAX is collaborative, not competitive.

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in a strategy, research, planning, or consulting-related role.
  • Proven skills in structured thinking, research, and storytelling.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-direction.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with integrated campaigns or cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to consulting frameworks (e.g. M-STP, pricing strategy, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Keynote, and research tools.
