Objectives

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for following up and filling all vacancies of PMAX; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements and developments. Talent Acquisition Executive also be responsible for planning and implementing talent acquisition activities, both internal and external.

Job Description

  • Align with the Head of Department/BOM to identify recruitment needs: personnel needs, job duties, competencies, prioritization, ideal profiling ,… 
  • Define recruitment channel to recruit suitable candidates through Social, Career page, CV Research and Cold call, Internal-External Referrals.
  • Enrich talent pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Conduct a full cycle recruitment process and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry and provide efficient report
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
  • Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities
  • Establish recruitment effectiveness report to support the monitoring of sourcing process and quality
  • Manage onboarding process, contribute to improve employee experience
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 02 years of professional experience of recruitment, being able to handle a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Experience at Headhunting Agency is a plus
  • Proven-track record of recruitment achievement
  • Collaborative and strong ability to connect and influence multiple leadership levels
  • Experience in organizing job fair, career orientation workshop, ect… or strong organizing skills
  • Critical thinker and strong business mind
  • Independent, meticulous and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Independent, analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline
