Objectives

We are looking for a proactive, supportive, devoted and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern who will join and support the HR team throughout various HR activities, focusing on and driving the talent acquisition process

Job Description

Recruitment (80%):

  • Support to conduct full talent acquisition process and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience through posting, researching/hunting, profile screening, interviewing, as well as keeping updated with candidates and Hiring Manager to get jobs done
  • Align with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs: personnel needs, job duties, competencies, priority, ideal profile,… 
  • Define effective recruitment channel for attracting potential talent pool to optimize and foster recruitment efficiency
  • Manage career sites and make sure all vacancies are updated on time
  • Support in data management, recruitment report
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Employer Branding (10%):

  • Assist in content planning and content creation in multi-channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok…
  • Uni-partnership: Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for recruitment need

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • 3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime (at least 4 days per week)
  • Good at Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Immediate English skills
  • Eager to learn and can-do attitude
  • Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, excellent time & task management
  • Proactive, autonomous, hard-working, ownership, integrity, supportive
  • Be able to develop content or use some basic design tools (Canva,…) is a plus 
  • Can commit 6-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
