Objectives

Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the consulting strategy aligned with PMAX’s overall business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the consulting space.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and presentations.

Product development

  • Build and continuously update the consulting products to offer to clients.
  • Support development of consulting planning tools and methodologies.
  • Continuously develop, test, and package the products/solutions to provide better values to clients.

Performance management

  • Manage business performance
  • Monitor the plan & activities of the team members to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.
  • Conduct analysis to generate insight and recommend changes as may be required.

Team management

  • Build consulting unit, including but not limited to team structure, system, process, frameworks, methodology,  etc.
  • Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of qualified personnel to ensure an effective workforce.
  • Set targets/KPIs for the whole unit
  • Conduct analysis to improve team structure and way of working to drive growth and productivity.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have

  • Excellent problem solving capability
  • More than 5 years of experience, having consulting background
  • A strong understanding of core best practice strategic planning skills and tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of the changing marketing landscape and new digital engagement techniques
  • Understanding of business and marketing strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have

  • Experience as a senior Consultant role in big consulting firm is a big plus
  • A good knowledge of research 
  • Track record of building team(s) and people
