Objectives

The Data-Driven Creative Product Owner role exists to develop and implement innovative, data-driven creative solutions that optimize marketing performance and create a competitive edge for PMAX, contributing directly to the company's mission of driving measurable business results through advanced marketing technology. The role's primary responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, experimentation, client engagement, automation through AI, and P&L ownership, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer or similar senior leadership.

Job Description

 Product Development

  • Research and develop data-driven creative solutions to optimize performance and create a competitive advantage for PMAX.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends in utilizing data to enhance creative effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Media, Creative, Data, and Tech to understand product needs and opportunities.
  • Leverage technology and AI to automate and scale the product as a feature on PMAX’s platform, Paxy.

Product Operating

  • Plan and execute experiments with the product on various projects, continuously improving based on insights to create a successful formula.
  • Ensure the product is aligned with business goals and customer needs, while driving iterative improvements for optimal results.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored creative solutions.
  • Collect and integrate client feedback to refine and enhance the product offering.

Product P&L Management

  • Take ownership of the product’s Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring profitability and its contribution to PMAX’s business growth.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive revenue.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have

  •  Problem Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions to optimize creative performance.
  • Data Analytics Skills: Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to guide product development and decision-making, ensuring creative solutions are aligned with performance objectives.
  • Marketing Background: Solid understanding of marketing principles, especially in digital and performance marketing, with the ability to align creative solutions with marketing strategies.
  • Tech/AI Driven: Knowledge of leveraging technology and AI to automate processes and enhance creative development, improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Product Development Experience (Plus): Experience in product management or development, especially in tech-enabled or data-driven environments, is a strong advantage.

Good to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
