Head of Leadgen Solution

We are seeking dynamic talents with a strong business mindset and experiences in lead generation solution/digital marketing to join our team. The position will be in charge of the whole P&L of Leadgen Solution including developing and implementing solution strategy as well as building solution digital marketing framework.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage performance to maximize P&L of the solution.
  • Develop solution strategy (at corporate and business level) and coordinate with operation teams to implement solution strategy.
  • Research and PS to build a solution marketing framework and best practices to address all clients’ needs.
  • Develop BD strategy for the solution and follow up with BD team on execution.
  • Lead and influence the solution team to update the latest trends/ insights related to the solution field and innovate (R&D).
  • Coordinate to enhance client understanding, client performance and relationships.
  • Find/assess/manage vendors related to the solution field.
  • Coordinate/Lead the coordination to hold workshops, spread out whitepaper, or develop case studies to win the awards.

Job Requirements


  • Must have:
    • 3+ years experience in digital marketing/ or business which using lead generation solution to grow the business
    • 2+ years experience in managing people
    • Analytical and problem solving skills are the MUST
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
    • Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
  • Good to have:
    • Experienced in Product development is a plus
