Objectives

To be a part of the PMAX acquisition engine, together with Media function, to consult & provide media strategic approach & actionable plan to drive impact for client businesses.

Job Description

Key result area 1: Client Pitching / Media Planning (80%)

  • Be the trusted advisor/ to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to digital/ media
  • Provide strategy/planning/approach to clients, across different digital platforms/ media platforms in order to achieve the brief’s objectives
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
  • Follow-up on operations, and optimization of digital campaigns which you planned to get the input to revise the strategy, planning, and approach for better results.
  • Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any)
  • Coordinate  with the BD team to meet potential clients to discover their needs/problems/painpoints and get briefs from that

Key result area 2: Digital Campaign Execution: (20%)

  • Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Must have
    • Minimum 2 year of work experience in a media agency, client-side in-house team
    • Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands-on experience in advertising technology platforms: FB, Google, Ad-network,…
    • Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, analytical skills & problem-solving skills are the MUSTs
    • Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good to have
    • Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role.
    • Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
    • Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience in integrated planning will be an advantage
