Objectives

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Media Planning Manager to join our dynamic agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust media strategies across various verticals and solutions, including e-commerce, lead generation, and branding. Additionally, the role involves leading client pitches to maximize win rates and expand our client base

Job Description

Product Development:

  • Develop and build comprehensive media strategy frameworks tailored to various verticals such as e-commerce, lead generation, and branding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative media solutions that address client needs and market trends.
  • Continuously refine and enhance media planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in media planning.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Pitching and Client Acquisition:

  • Lead the development and delivery of compelling pitch presentations to potential clients
  • Create multi-channel media plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the growth team/ account team/ solution team to understand client requirements and craft customized media strategies that maximize win rates.
  • Manage capacity/resources from media team for pitching phase 

Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Mentor and guide a team of media planners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Be responsible for the team’s KPI (win-rate, #new clients…)
  • Maintain and upgrade management system in order to plan, monitor/keep track of your team performance and provide action plan to achieve these KPI

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Deep knowledge about digital media, especially media framework/ strategy
  • Analytical skills & problem-solving skills are the MUSTs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
  • Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver persuasive and visually compelling presentations.
