As a Strategy Manager at PMAX, you operate at the intersection of agency agility and consulting depth: - You work with top-level decision-makers (CEO, Founder, Chairman) to address complex marketing & business problems. - You drive solutions from strategy to execution — bridging the gap that most consultants leave behind. - You influence mid- to long-term growth, not just short-term campaign wins. - You don’t “pitch ideas” — you advise like a partner, and get invited back because you deliver.
Client Strategy & Advisory
– Solve business-critical problems related to growth, customer strategy, go-to-market, brand performance, and media efficiency.
– Advise across strategic levels depending on context: campaign, brand, portfolio, marketing mix, or organizational design.
– Partner directly with C-suite and senior leaders across industries: FMCG, finance, beauty, tech, and more.
Strategy to Execution
– Co-own implementation with cross-functional teams: media, creative, digital, trade.
– Translate abstract strategy into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and tracking systems.
– Support clients not just at kickoff, but throughout execution, iteration, and learning.
Thought Leadership & Product Development
– Build and standardize strategic products at PMAX: e.g. KMS, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
– Train and mentor junior strategists, building next-gen capabilities within the team.
– Elevate internal problem-solving culture by introducing frameworks, models, and critical thinking approaches.
Skills & Qualifications
Must have
– 4–6+ years in strategy-related roles:
Either: Strategic Planning in agency with integrated campaign experience
Or: MBA graduate with exposure to marketing/business consulting
– Proven track record of solving cross-functional or cross-departmental problems.
– Strong structured thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and executive presence — capable of engaging with C-level clients.
– Business acumen: comfortable navigating business models, P&L dynamics, and growth metrics.
Nice to have
– Experience in multi-vertical like FMCG, beauty, finance, healthcare, home, auto, etc.
– Familiarity with consulting frameworks.
