Job Description

• Brief Understanding
  • Decode creative briefs to uncover core objectives, comm issues, user insights.
  • Collaborate with art director & designer to align campaign goals.
• Brand Understanding
  • Master brand voice, tone, and positioning to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Leverage audience insights to craft messages that drive engagement and action.
• Word Crafting & Storytelling
  • Develop slogans, taglines, and storytelling frameworks that elevate creative concepts.
  • Write high-impact, reasoning and persuasive copy for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Balance creativity with performance-driven & social-savvy messaging to meet business objectives.
• Creative Adaptation
  • Tailor core messaging for different platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Optimize copy for SEO and conversion (CTAs, A/B testing) where applicable.
• Trend & Tool Savvy
