Job Description

1. Accounting Operations

  • Prepare and issue VAT invoices accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Receive, review, and maintain accounting documents, invoices, contracts, and payment records.
  • Update daily accounting data, cash flow, and internal financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

2. Financial Control

  • Support payment processing for both domestic and overseas vendors.
  • Review payment documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile financial data and complete payment documentation.
  • Monitor payment status of customers and vendors.
  • Assist in account reconciliation and financial data verification.

3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

  • Participate in applying AI, automation, and digital tools to optimize Finance & Accounting processes.
  • Support data preparation, standardization, and analysis for management reporting, audits, and internal projects.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within the Finance function.
  • Perform other assignments as requested by the Chief Accountant.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related disciplines.
  • No prior working experience is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace or AI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
