We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a solid background in creative design, passion for telling story through visual and graphic elements to deeply impact Client’s Brand-Campaign Performance in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our Creative team, together with driving outstanding business results for PMAX.

Job Description

  • In charge of creative design production, the full funnel includes pitching proposals, project monetization & designer team members management. 
  • Lead quality control the works of freelance designers & give direction for freelancers on graphic design.
  • Being independent in leading & execution for projects of all sizes, focus medium to big campaign level.
  • Being independent in pitching & project monetizing follow the tasks allocation of AM branding, CD & MD Branding. 
  • Strong knowledge of the digital space and can show our teams and clients the right design direction.
  • Tell stories by visual and graphic elements.
  • Work closely with the team to execute, QC the creative implementation for digital projects.
  • Contribute all sorts of design and production support to the team. Focusing on innovation and quality.
  • Inspire and collaborate with your co-workers to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work for clients.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve your work.
  • Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the team.
  • Participates and facilitates brainstorming sessions.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Good skills at Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects. Understanding of web technologies and motion graphic are required
  • Have at least 3-year experience for Creative executive position
  • Have a solid background in design with a rich understanding of Typography, Color, Composition & Layout
  • Understand and appreciate best practices for Web design – Technologies, applications, platforms, and limitations
  • Can demonstrate the range in both concept and final design solutions
  • Careful in details
  • Manage multiple tasks and keep deadlines
  • Can work independently & teamwork
  • Have a strong positive attitude, passionate
